SINFONIA’s PSIRT may contact you by email to confirm or investigate the information in your report. Please ensure that your email settings allow messages from the @sinfo-t.jp domain.
If we are unable to contact you at the email address provided, we may contact you using the telephone number entered in the form.
Half-width katakana and certain special characters may not be processed correctly.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the reported issue, the investigation may take additional time.
Reports submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, during SINFONIA’s summer holiday period, or during year-end and New Year holidays may be reviewed on or after the next business day.
